High quality and secure safety standards – we know how important it is for families with children and we are aware of our responsibility! The “Feldberger Hof” therefore puts a high value on quality and safety. That is why we are certified by multiple inspection authorities and have all our technical and electrical equipment as well as wiring checked every two years. Our tap- and drinking water is an original GRANDER water, naturally treated water which already has, in its nativeness, all requirements which characterise a pure top-quality and bacteriological clean drinking water. Amongst our certifications are inter alia:
- The seal of quality „O.K. for kids" for child-friendly services and products (technical inspection authority north and German child-protection agency)
- seal of quality „Service-quality stage 1" (test-station service quality baden-wuerttemberg)
- seal of quality “service quality stage 2 „ " (test-centre service quality Baden-Wuerttemberg) from spring 2010 onwards
- DEKRA-product certification of all playground equipment.
Also at the topic “safety”, our house leads the way through numerous precautionary measures:
- Fire alarm system in the whole hotel and in all hotel rooms (not in the holiday flats at the „Feldberger Hof“)
- substantial malfunction alarm system in the whole hotel. Defibrillator at reception
- daily control of swimming pool as well as a monthly analysis of the water quality
- medical care on-site during surgery hours (external doctor with surgery next to the hotel)
- continuous first-aid training courses through the red cross for our staff
